Discrete shipping with tracking is always provided.

Most orders are shipped via USPS within 2-3 business days. Please contact us if you haven't received tracking info within 4 days of ordering.

Exceptions apply when temperatures are too hot or cold to safely ship live cultures. We will always do our best to keep you updated on delayed shipping for any reason.

Address Accuracy:
    It is important to provide accurate shipping information during checkout.
    If you provide an incorrect address or insufficient information, we may not be able to deliver your order successfully.

Reshipping Fees:
    In the event of an incorrect address or insufficient information resulting in a failed delivery, the customer will be responsible for the reshipment costs (same as original cost).
    The cost is to cover all expenses incurred for correcting, repackaging, and re-sending the order.
