We do not accept returns or provide refunds for any products purchased from our store. However, we understand that there may be instances where you receive a damaged or defective item. In such cases, we offer the option to request a replacement.
To be eligible for a replacement, please follow these steps:
1. Contact us within 10 days of receiving the damaged or defective item.
2. Provide your order number and a detailed description of the issue with photos.

Due to the rigorous and consistent testing of our products we do not refund or replace contaminated grains from inoculation. All Liquid Cultures must be tested on agar and pictures provided if there are any issues. Cultures can be damaged from extreme temps during shipping.
Failure to remove spawn FAE travel sticker/vacuum bag on arrival date may cause contamination from lack of air exchange. Products will not replaced for events we can't control.
Any damage caused to the package or contents during travel by the post office will not be replaced, we cannot hold any responsibility once it leaves our facility. Thank you for understanding.
